Your order will be disptached within 2day (business days ONLY) 

Custom orders - may take up to 3-5 business days to create, pack and ship.

In the event your package is delay or lost, you would need to contact the allocated courier service (NZPOST), using the tracking number provided to you via email once order is dispatched.

Return Policy

We DO NOT accept refunds or returns, due to the nature of our business, for health reasons. All items are final sales.

FAULTY

All pieces are quality checked and hand packed with care. In the rare case you do receive a faulty item upon arrival, we offer free repairs . Please send us an email with photographic evidence to support@kimberlymaynz.com within 48hours after receiving the product. If 48hours has past, unfortunately we can not offer free repairs. Please email us to obtain return authorization and information.
